BeHealthy.ph Return & Refund Policy

At BeHealthy.ph, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective or malfunctioning product

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Wrong item received

  • Missing parts or accessories

Return Window
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used hygiene or medical products (e.g., test strips, thermometers, lancets)

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@behealthy.ph

    • Include your order number

    • Attach clear photo or video evidence of the issue

    • State the reason for the return

  2. We will review your request within 2 business days

  3. If approved, we will:

    • Arrange return shipping (free for eligible issues)

    • Issue a replacement, refund, or store credit as requested

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or through GCash/bank transfer for COD orders.
