Built with a premium-quality aluminum body and a large, easy-to-read dial with a pressure range of 20–300 mmHg, this sphygmomanometer is engineered for both clinical and home use. The wide cotton cuff ensures comfortable, consistent placement for accurate readings every time. ISO81060-compliant and clinically tested.
Available as a standalone unit or bundled with the BeHealthy Dual Head Stethoscope — making it a complete blood pressure assessment kit for students, home caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Clinically tested | ISO81060-compliant
- Premium aluminum body with large-dial gauge (20–300 mmHg)
- Wide, comfortable cotton cuff for accurate placement
- Available standalone or bundled with BeHealthy Dual Head Stethoscope
- FDA-registered | Ideal for clinical and home use
How to Use
- Place the cuff snugly over the upper arm, center aligned over the brachial artery, just above the elbow.
- Position the stethoscope head over the brachial artery and insert earpieces comfortably.
- Close the air valve and inflate the cuff until the pulse disappears, then add 30 mmHg more.
- Slowly release the valve (2–4 mmHg per second). The first sound you hear is your systolic pressure.
- Continue deflating. When the sound disappears, that is your diastolic pressure.
- Fully deflate the cuff after each reading. Store in a cool, dry place.

Directions
Directions
- Place the cuff evenly around the upper arm with the center over the brachial artery and the lower end just above the elbow.
- Inflate the cuff until the radial pulse (the pulse on the wrist) is no longer felt.
- Slowly deflate the cuff until the radial pulse reappears. The pressure at which this occurs is the systolic pressure (the top number in a blood pressure reading).
- Deflate the cuff further and listen with a stethoscope placed above the brachial artery. You'll hear sounds with each heartbeat. The point where the sounds first appear corresponds to the systolic pressure.
- Continue deflating the cuff until the sounds disappear. This point indicates the diastolic pressure (the bottom number in a blood pressure reading).
- If it's difficult to hear the sounds, note the pressure at which the radial pulse reappears for an approximate systolic pressure.
- Maintenance: Ensure regular comparison checks and calibration of sphygmomanometers for accuracy.
