F-D3X Calcifediol Monohydrate 10mcg

If a blood test has shown your vitamin D is low, the usual advice is to take vitamin D3 and wait. That wait is real: standard vitamin D3 has to be converted by your liver into calcifediol before your body can use it, and reaching a healthy level can take months.

F-D3X is already calcifediol. It uses ampli-D®, a form of vitamin D that skips the liver conversion step because it is the same form that naturally circulates in your blood. How to Use
